As you can see in my questions, I’ve asked thought provoking questions that everyone can learn and take action with the answers that all the experts have provided. My next expert has been blogging for only four months has already making a lot of noise in the Blogging community. When did you first get involved with Internet Marketing/Blogging?

I started my first blog “www.fitforfreedom.com” in March 2007 after reading Steve Pavlina´s blog. Back then, I´ve been into Internet Marketing for 8.5 years being self-employed.

What is your greatest achievement so far?

Next to the birth of my daughter five years ago? I can´t imagine anything comparable.

What’s the key behind your site?

On marcorichter.net I´m trying to create a one-stop-resource for bloggers seeking information and even help with their blogs. I want to provide valuable lessons on how to blog, how to deal and expand WordPress, how to create traffic and I´m touching blog SEO a little bit. So everything, a blogger would need sometimes, I want they can find it on my blog and am on my way to deliver.

How is it unique?

At this moment, my blog is in it´s very first stage and not yet as unique as I plan it to be. I´m planning to expand the site in various directions while staying on topic. At the end, it will be really unique.

What obstacles have you encountered?

The Internet makes it easy to setup a website or a blog, but it´s not easy to start an online business. Somewhere in the world, someone might be one step ahead of you. Every time.

What are your Three Top Tips for building an Internet Business?

 Try to do what nobody else does.  Do it better, cheaper or faster (pick two) than the rest.  Stick to your dreams, don´t let others bring you down

Did you secure any finances? If so how did you secure it?

No, not at the moment.

Any advice for other start-up Internet Entrepreneurs?

Yes, a very important one – though it is a no-brainer. Do never rely on only one stream of income. I´ve seen too many site relying only on Google Adsense for example. That´s why a “secure” job as an employee is everything but not secure. If you get fired, your boss cuts off all of your income. Spread your income streams as wide as you can.

Any advice for a traditional business?

If your company has grown up and gets more employees – don´t admit them to work against each other for their own interests. I´ve seen that several times and it disencourages the employees and will cost you more money, than you could imagine.

Your vision of the Web’s Future

I think, there will be more sites connecting other web services. We will work more and more not only with the Internet but on the Internet – even if our job is not a typical online job.

How will you stay ahead of the game?

To do this, it´s necessary to follow everything going on in your niche – but NOT follow everything. Trust your own view on things and create something you like. If people like it, repeat – if not, try something else.

Who are your personal Heroes?

I´m calling everyone a hero, who has made his or her own way. When it comes to success there are many people who made it from nothing to almost all of it. Think about Bill Gates for example – I know many people don´t like him or what he does – but where did he come from? Not everything he did can be bad and obviously he followed his way not letting anything stand in his way to success. That´s, what makes a hero for me – not letting other people tell you what to do, what to say and who to be.

What are your favorite sites?

I´m following around 120 sites and blogs mostly with my Feed reader to stay updated. They all are within my general niche. I won´t really call one of them being my favorite as they all provide me with valuable information, otherwise I won´t read them. What’s the greatest thing about the net?

It´s easy to setup your own website and do whatever you want on it.

What’s the worst?

It´s easy to setup your own website and do whatever you want on it.

What inspires you?

Clearly my family and my little daughter. If I see her smile and hear her laughing, I know why I´m doing what I´m doing.

Final word to your readers…

Rely on yourself. Don´t care if others keep telling you that your plans will not work. How will they know?
